Product Introduction
Efficient collector YX01 is primarily used for flotation of difficult-to-select copper and gold ores. This advanced collector effectively improves mineral processing recovery rates while maintaining stable performance across a wide pH range of 2-12. At optimal pH levels of 6-8.5, YX01 serves as an excellent collector for low alkalinity sulfide flotation, particularly enhancing sulfide copper ore selection.
This product is especially effective when dealing with low particle recovery rates and provides superior performance for excessively ground molybdenite and galena. A key advantage of YX01 is its resistance to adsorption by clay, talc, chlorite, and similar materials.
Application: Added as original solution. Dosage: 5-60g per ton of raw ore, depending on ore characteristics.
